WorkflowMax's users skewed heavily toward firms that bill by the hour against a project — engineers, architects, surveyors, IT consultants — so an unusually large group of similar businesses all went shopping at once. Some moved to WorkflowMax by BlueRock, which took the name forward. Others treated the forced migration as a chance to reassess.
