Settings

The Organization Settings page (labelled Admin in the sidebar) is where admins configure company details, manage billing, and import existing data.

Organization

  • Organization name, logo, and branding.
  • Address details (street, city, country).
  • Contact number and GST number.
  • Default tax rate— Applied to new invoices (defaults to 15% NZ GST).

Billing

  • View plan status and current seat count.
  • Manage subscription via the Stripe customer portal.
  • Review payment history.

Import

Bulk-import companies, projects, staff, and other records from CSV files.

To invite new staff, head to the Employees page — invitations are managed there, not in Settings. The Settings page is admin-only; managers and staff can't access it.
